The PRP Group at the Malone Services Company Superfund Site in Texas City, Texas caused the transfer of part of this CERCLA site to PNL’s Land Navigator, LLC to help facilitate forward progress on both the settlement and site assessment fronts.

2017Title to the Malone CERCLA Site, Texas City, TX (U.S. EPA Region 6) is held by Land Navigator, LLC on behalf of the Malone Cooperating Parties PRP Group. Such a transfer allowed the PRPs to have “site control” during the remedial action, while relieving companies of the internal administrative burden of owning the Site.
